LOCATIONS
REQUIREMENTS
At Stand-By Personnel, our Labor Division has a few key requirements to ensure you’re ready to work safely and successfully.
General Requirements

Transportation Provided: A car or phone is not required. Stand-By Personnel provides free transportation to and from job sites in our vans and large buses.

Physical Requirements: Applicants must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly for most positions in the Labor Division.

Identification: Proper identification is required to verify eligibility to work in the United States.

Daily Pay: The Labor Division offers daily pay, so you can earn money and take it home the same day you work.
Dress Code
(These rules always apply, especially when you are applying for a job in our Labor Hall.)
All employees must be clean and well-groomed. Grooming styles dictated by religion and ethnicity aren’t restricted.
All clothes must be work-appropriate. Clothes that are typical in workouts and outdoor activities aren’t allowed. Shorts, cut-off shirts, sweatpants, and tank tops are not allowed.
Absolutely no “sagging” is allowed.
All clothes must project that you are ready to go to work. Clothes that are too revealing or inappropriate aren’t allowed.
All clothes must be clean and in good shape. Discernible rips, tears, or holes aren’t allowed.
Employees must avoid clothes with stamps that are offensive or inappropriate.
Transportation
Stand-By Personnel provides free transportation to and from your job site or facility. See Van Pickups HERE.
Safety Equipment
Your safety is our top priority. Stand-By Personnel provides all required safety equipment needed on the job site.

At Stand-By Personnel we take your safety seriously and we provide a few incentives to help keep safety top of mind.
Safety Rewards Store
Every hour you work you get one point added to your safety rewards total. These points are redeemable in our safety rewards store for all kinds of items such as; boots, hard hats, safety equipment, miscellaneous items, tools and much more.
Safety Bingo
Each day that you work you will receive a Bingo Card. We award a money prize to the winner of each game and we have a drawing each quarter for a brand new bicycle or $200.00.
