Stand-By specializes in placing people across hundreds of skilled trades, including construction, manufacturing, and warehousing. Our long-standing relationships with local companies and tradespeople allow us to match the right person with the right job—quickly, efficiently, and with care.

Our Welding Division is the only division in the state of Oklahoma with a state-certified weld test facility on-site. We train and test potential welders daily for manufacturers and fabricators throughout Tulsa and the surrounding area, saving customers valuable time and resources. The Stand-By Weld Test Facility minimizes the need for shop-floor testing, allowing supervisors and management to focus on productivity and output while we handle the evaluation and certification process.

For needs that are less specialized—or when you require extra hands for construction, maintenance, cleanup, or special events—our Labor Division delivers dependable workers 24 hours a day.
