The HOPE Program helps justice-involved individuals transition from incarceration to long-term employment and successful reintegration.
Oklahoma faces one of the highest recidivism rates in the country, with nearly 60% of individuals returning to incarceration within their first year and up to 80% within five years. The HOPE Program exists to change that reality. By providing stable employment, reliable transportation, consistent support, and a pathway to long-term success, HOPE dramatically reduces barriers that often lead to re-offense. Through the HOPE Program, recidivism rates drop to just 10–12%, proving that when people are given opportunity, structure, and accountability, lasting change is possible.
The HOPE Program is effective because it addresses more than just employment—it restores dignity, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose. Many people face barriers that go beyond finding a job: lack of reliable transportation, financial setbacks, or gaps in work history can all feel overwhelming.

As manager of the HOPE Program, Brian helps reentry eligible individuals transition from incarceration to long-term employment and reintegration. He assesses participants, matches them with suitable job opportunities, and provides essential resources like work clothing, tools, transportation, and housing support.
With over a decade of experience, Brian fosters strong relationships with participants and employers, conducts worksite visits, and offers ongoing support to ensure successful reentry and lasting outcomes for all involved.
