WHAT IS THE LABOR DIVISION
A "daily pay" labor hall, also known as a "labor division center" or "labor division agency," is a type of employment service that provides temporary or short-term work opportunities for individuals who are looking for immediate, daily employment. Stand-By Personnel connects workers with employers who need short-term or day-to-day labor, such as construction work, landscaping, moving, or other manual labor tasks.

Our Labor Division is a quick response staffing resource. Whether you need workers for one day or several, Stand-By Personnel has exactly what you need. We have the capacity to ensure your needs are met at any moment. For your convenience we have five vans and two buses to deliver one or one hundred workers directly to your location.

Stand-By Personnel will also supply our workers with the safety equipment and PPE required for your job site.

REQUIREMENTS
Stand-By has the following requirements for the labor division.

Applicants are not required to have a car or a phone. Stand-By Personnel will take employees to and from the job location in one of our vans or large buses.

Applicant must be able to handle the lifting requirements of 50+ pounds repetitively for most of our jobs through the Labor Division.

Applicant will be required to provide proper identification that enables applicant to work in the United States. This division pays daily.
Dress Code

These dress code rules always apply, especially when you are applying for a job in our labor hall:

All employees must be clean and well-groomed. Grooming styles dictated by religion and ethnicity aren’t restricted.

All clothes must be work-appropriate. Clothes that are typical in workouts and outdoor activities aren’t allowed. Shorts, cut off shirts, sweatpants and tank tops are not allowed.

Absolutely no “sagging” is allowed.

All clothes must project that you are ready to go to work. Clothes that are too revealing or inappropriate aren’t allowed.

All clothes must be clean and in good shape. Discernible rips, tears or holes aren’t allowed.

Employees must avoid clothes with stamps that are offensive or inappropriate.
Transportation
Stand-By will provide transportation to and from job site/facility.

Each day that you work you will receive a Bingo Card. We award a money prize to the winner of each game and we have a drawing each quarter for a brand new bicycle or $200.00.
