As Welding Inspector at Stand-By Personnel, Dakota Williams ensures every weld that leaves our test facility meets the highest quality standards. With a sharp eye for detail and years of hands-on experience, he oversees testing, verifies procedures, and maintains precision across all welding disciplines—from structural, pipe, to sub arc and code work—helping clients receive qualified, job-ready welders every time.
As a Welding Staffing Assistant at Stand-By Personnel, Chloe Pidgeon keeps the hiring pipeline moving—from first call to first day. She coordinates weld-test scheduling in our on-site facility, screens applicants, verifies credentials, and prepares complete files so qualified welders reach the job quickly. Working closely with our Welding Inspector and Division Manager, Chloe tracks test results, aligns candidates to process requirements (MIG, TIG, FCAW, structural/code), and keeps clients updated on availability, start times, and compliance—helping projects stay on schedule.
