Stand-By Personnel’s Skilled Division prescreens all applicants, by one of our Customer Service Representatives, with an interview, background check, drug test if required and each applicant is e-verified All applicants working through our Skilled Division are required to have reliable transportation and phone.

Stand-By Personnel’s Welding Division prescreens all applicants with an interview, background check, drug test if required and each applicant is e-verified. Applicants are given a welding test per client specifications.  Then our Welding Manager adapts its training and testing procedures to meet the client’s quality assurance standards. Our placement success rate is over 95%.

Once the applicant has passed all required application processes and offered employment, Stand-By Personnel will then match the applicant’s job skills with customer requirements for the job available.
