STAND-BY's Weld Test Facility minimizes the need to dedicate valuable shop floor space for testing and training allowing shop floor supervisors and management to concentrate on product throughput and productivity.
STAND-BY's prescreens all applicants based on the client's specific requirements, then adapts it's training and testing procedures to meet the client's quality assurance standards. Applicants must take a written test, in addition to client specific tests. Our placement success rate is over 95%.
