Q? When do I get paid?

A. Thru our day labor division you will get paid when you bring your time card in at the end of your shift each day. 

Q? How do I get paid?

A.  Live checks are printed at the end of your assignment each day.

Q? Do I pay any fees?

A.  No. Applicants are never charged a fee at Stand-By Personnel

Q? Do I have to have my own transportation?

A.  Thru our day labor division you do not have to have your own transportation, we will arrange your transportation to and from your jobsite in one of our vans or bus. 

Q? How do I stay on your active list?

A. Day Labor Division is mostly short term assignments lasting between one and three days but if the customer really likes you it could also lead to a long term position.

Q? Do you just have short term jobs?

A. Our day labor division is mostly short term assignments lasting between one and three days but If the customer really likes you it could also lead to a long term position.

Q? What type of benefits do you offer?

A.  Day labor division does not offer benefits.

Q? When am I eligible for holiday pay?

A.  Day labor division does not offer holiday pay.

Q? When am I eligible for vacation pay?

A.  Day labor division does not offer vacation pay.

Q? What should I do if I am injured while on assignment?

A.  If an accident occurs and you are injured while on the job, please notify your immediate supervisor where you are working, secondly contact our worker's compensation department at 918-582-0631 or 918-812-6941.

Q? What should I do if I am sick and can't go to work?

A.  Day labor division you will need to contact dispatch at (918) 582-7337 as soon as possible.
